Very good brand redesign and repackage student project by Olivia Paden in LA for Dulce México.
Olivia tells us about it:
“ Reimagining the online retailer as they hit shelves with their candies, chamoy powders, and chocolate… while adding intuitive elements such as tequila and tamarind mix, that further embrace the very experimental nature of these classic Mexican treats. Dulce Mexico’s packaging highlights the playful, experimental eating experience of Mexican candy… for an audience that’s more “grown-up.” Through research I found that actually adding the powder-based candies to soda and alcohol was a lesser-advertised part of these nostalgic treats… so the rebrand introduces intuitive elements such as tequila and tamarind mix. The chamoy powder is packaged in a set of four, meant to share… embracing a more social experience of playing with your food.”
We really hope that Dulce México gets as excited as Olivia’s work as we are! Great job!

La branding agency MASH de Australia re-diseño el packaging para Lobo Apple Cider, un approach muy fresco al negocio licorero-manzanero!
Australian branding agency MASH re-designed the packaging for Lobo Apple Cider, very fresh approach to the apple liquor business!
“ Lobo, Spanish for wolf and a cloudy apple cider from the Adelaide Hills. Mash re-designed the existing Lobo packaging with a completely new approach and new level of sophistication for the apple quaffing connoisseur. Working with LA illustrator Jason Holley, a new cunning wolf character was created. Rough hand painted text you might see on a farm shed forms the logo type in keeping with the hand made approach of this juicy cider.”

Helm Workshop de Austin TX, hizo un magnifico trabajo artesanal para el art de JackDaniel’s Declaration of Independence Campaign. Muy buen concepto de liquor branding, fantastica artesania y grandes anuncios!
Helm Workshop from Austin TX, beautifly hand crafted the art for the JackDaniel’s Declaration of Independence Campaign. Really good liquor branding project, fantastic craftsmanship and great ads!
“Jack Daniel’s is hand made in America, because that’s how America was made. Workshop took that as a cue when we were hand-picked to work with the iconic brand and Arnold Worldwide, creating the art for the whiskey’s Declaration of Independence Campaign. As you can see in the short documentary they shot of the process (along with local cinematographer Kyle Osburn), we jumped in and got our hands dirty.
We had a blast working on the project, and we’re extremely proud to be part of Jack Daniel’s celebration of craft and independent spirit. The art will be featured in ads, online, and on merchandise and outdoor advertising from Texas to Times Square.”
